Excellent location, amazing staff, very thoughtful touches.

Staff was incredible. Super friendly and polite. Kudos to them making the check in and our stay comfortable. Nice touches in the room with hand written welcome note and a complimentary bottle of wine.

Unfortunately the only bad thing to say was that 2 twin beds was pushed together to make a double. Was not comfortable, maybe a double mattress topper could be considered to keep the two beds together?

We had to book the property last minute - with such short notice, the team still did an amazing job at accommodating us and making our stay very comfortable.

I was fairly surprised how the hotel was modern and well designed the location is really good situated right in center of Palma 150 meters from the cathedral so if you like culinary experiences and shopping this is the place to be

Good stay at the centre of the town

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, even after 10:00 PM. Stalin, who was on duty at night, helped us a lot with a smile all the time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book. The restaurant food is a must-try. We tried several dishes and all of them tasted very nice and were exceptional compared to the prices at other nearby restaurants.

Very luxurious & beautiful hotel

One of the most comfortable bed I ever slept on, wonderful helpful caring staff at the front desk. Very luxurious with all the little things that made our stay special (loved the perfume) Perfect location also. We will definitely be back.

A warm and cozy stay

The personal attention was very nice. All of the staff was very nice and even if you would travel alone you would not feel lonely here. The small conversations and small talk was very heart warming.

The taxi was not able to drive up to the front door so make sure you are on time to send the flight details to the front desk to arrange a taxi from the airport. The staff will be happy to escort or help you.

The only comment I can say, but it is a purely personal opinion, double bed too soft, for me who, like the pillows, weigh over 100 kg, I think it is fine for light weights

Very central, quiet and chic boutique hotel

Our Cosy room located on the 6th floor was really nice: decorated with style, spacious, quiet, with a large and very comfortable bed. The location is super central yet we could barely hear any noise from the street. The staff is really nice and welcoming. The central air conditioning unit is unbelievably quiet, not one sound! We liked the shower too. Lastly, we really appreciated the extra one hour after regular check out time as we ran the Palma half marathon and were happy to shower (especially after the heavy rain on that day!).

A few things do not match with the 5 stars and price in our opinion: the roof top has no bar, no music, no service, it's just here for the guests to walk on or sit in a chair, and that's it; there is no bar in the hotel; the maids start working early in the morning and while they are very quiet, the doors of the technical rooms can still be heard, and on our floor the said door was squeaky (I confess that I forgot to advise the front desk after the first night); the curtains let some light in (not blackout curtains); last but not least, as we showed up around noon on day 1 and check in is at 15:00, we have been proposed an early check-in for... an extra 40€ !!! If I could give a piece of advice to the hotel management: stop offering this and either say that the room is ready or that it is not. This 40€ option is disgraceful considering the regular price(y) rate.

Amazing stay and definitely will come back again!

The location of the hotel is amazing in a lively street. There are many brand boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafes on the street plus there are many nearby nice streets and the corniche is 10min walk. Plus its central you can reach many places by walking. We have upgraded our room to suite to get a terrace for street view. The room itself was nice with modern interior & we loved it. The hotel has a valley parking option which was great!! But you need to pay for it since the hotel is parking in the underground paid public parking they dont have thier own parking. The hotel staff was soo friendly and they provided with great tips whenever we ask plus they are always smiling and helpful.

I wished if there terrace was a full glass, you need to stand to see from the terrace window.

A very comfortable stay in Palma’s best neighborhood

Nivia has an excellent location and a very intimate atmosphere. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and very helpful staff upon any request.

We had some unacceptable problems with our first room which have been immediately addressed by staff with an upgrade to a superb room. This hotel has a lot of potential but more attention to details is required for a true 5 star hotel feel.
